 Yes, we maintain a strong commitment to integrity. Individuals with felony convictions or certain misdemeanor charges will not be approved as agents. Additionally, there is a one-time fee of $30 (subject to change at the platform's discretion). 

 Unfortunately, we do not offer benefits such as medical, dental, or vacation. As an independent contractor, rather than an employee, you will be responsible for securing any necessary coverages on your own.

 No, our agents are independent contractors and do not attend "training", you are not paid during what is called "certification". You will be required to attend any and all certification courses. Upon completion, you will start taking calls which you are paid for. 

 As an Independent Contractor, you're responsible for your own operating expenses, including landline phone, internet service, and necessary equipment. Additionally, a servicing fee of $60.00 will be deducted from each paycheck to cover technical support, tools, resources, and other servicing costs. This fee is lower than most standard tax deductions.

 Pay rates vary depending on the client you choose to work with, but current agents are earning a base rate of $11.00 to $15.00 per hour to start. The earning potential is limitless – you control your hours, and the more you work, the more you earn!

 No, taxes are not deducted from your bi-weekly pay. As an independent contractor, you'll receive a 1099 form instead of a standard W-2 at the end of each year for tax purposes.

Currently, we contract exclusively with CSPs within the United States, with the exception of the following states: California, Connecticut, Colorado, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New York, New Jersey, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Vermont, Washington, and Wisconsin.
